1The Challenge
Karaoke apps are either expensive monthly subscriptions or have terrible song libraries. YouTube has every song but no lyrics overlay.
2The Solution
Combined YouTube Data API for video search with LRCLib for on-screen lyrics, plus pitch scoring and in-browser recording. Firebase Auth for user accounts, Firestore for favorites and history.
3The Results
Live at karaokelover.com with real users. Deployed on Railway with automatic deploys from GitHub.
